Jon Gruden will be introduced Tuesday as the new coach of the Raiders. He is scheduled to work his final game Saturday in Kansas City when the Chiefs take on the Tennessee Titans in a playoff game.

Gruden was the head coach of the Raiders from 1998-2001, before taking over the reins as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, replacing Tony Dungy.

The deal is expected to be worth as much as $10 million per season and could be as long as 10 years, according to that person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because no announcement had been made.

The announcement comes almost 20 years to the day when Gruden was first introduced as the Raiders' coach. He last coached in the National Football League in the 2008 season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Reports assert that Apple dumped the TouchID sensor in the iPhone X after they neglected to implant it underneath the show. OnePlus 6 will reportedly have fingerprint sensor below the display, and will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 platform.

There's no guarantee yet that Gruden and the Raiders will link up, 17 years after he led them to an AFC Championship Game and 15 years after he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to victory in Super Bowl XXXVIII against Oakland. "He has to get used to Jon Gruden being his coach, but also being in his life on an everyday basis..."

At least Gruden sounds very ready for some football. Good luck with the Oakland Raiders.

The Raiders extended Derek Carr's contract last summer, paying the two-time Pro Bowl quarterback $125 million over five seasons. Shell had spent his first six years away from the Raiders as an assistant coach but had been out of the profession entirely for five seasons when Davis hired him a second time. Late owner Al Davis hired Art Shell in 2006, 11 years after firing him the first time. Ditka became legendary in the city thanks to leading the Bears to their only Super Bowl title following the 1985 season, but he was sacked after going 5-11 in 1992. The team went 30-34 in his four seasons, making the playoffs twice and winning one game before retiring again.
