Samsung has another battery issue to deal with: Android Authority reports that several customers using the Galaxy Note 8 are complaining that the battery in their phones stops charging.

There are also rumors that Galaxy Note 8 phones bought from carriers such as Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint are having some problem. The company even recalled that Galaxy Note model after reports of its explosions being surfaced worldwide. However when their phone still refused to get charge, they reported Samsung thinking that these phones have some kind of issue.

Some Galaxy S8 users have reported that their phones are are not turning on or getting charged after their battery drain completely.

It may be that only the Snapdragon version of the handset is affected, although this has yet to be confirmed. As of this writing, it is advisable for Note 8 users who are facing the above issue to contact Samsung in order to seek a replacement.

All of them say they have not yet found a proper solution to this handset bricking issue.
