Annello also alleges that Carey referred to him and some of his colleagues as members of various hate groups including a "Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist", and claims Carey said she "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".

Michael Anello and Mariah Carey leave her hotel and head to the Landmark Hotel in London on on January 13, 2017. Seeing her dressed such way, Anello tried to excuse himself while the singer insisted him to move the luggage.

The suit is now on hold, according to TMZ, supposedly because the sides are in settlement negotiations.

Representatives speaking on Carey's behalf said they would pay the debt but not the amount stated by the former security guard.

The complaint is being raised after Carey failed to pay the company for services they provided and ended a two-year contract.

The news comes on the heels of reports that Carey recently underwent gastric weight loss surgery.
