On Saturday, Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani while talking to media said the state had rejected the demands, but remained ready to settle issues through dialogue under the right conditions.

Doha is expected to submit its official response on Monday to Kuwait, which is mediating the crisis that started early last month when the Saudi-led alliance of Arab countries made a decision to cut diplomatic ties with Qatar and imposed a blockade on the gas-rich tiny Gulf nation.

Among other things, the four states are demanding that Qatar shut down its Al-Jazeera news network; cut diplomatic ties with Iran; stop supporting terrorist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda and ISIS; and put an end to Turkey's military presence in the country.

A Palestinian farmer has donated a house to Al-Jazeera in show of solidarity for the Qatari broadcaster, which Saudi Arabia and its allies have demanded be shut down.

"As for the countries that accuse Qatar of financing terrorism, they have the same problems as Qatar, more so, they are on top of the list in that area", he said.

"There is no fear".

The UAE Ambassador to Russia, Omar Saif Ghobash, has said that Qatar could face fresh sanctions if it does not comply with the demands.

Among the potential further steps the countries could take against Qatar would be to suspend it from the six-nation Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which is closely allied to the United States.

On 22 June, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE send a list of 13 demands to Qatar, giving Doha 10 days to comply.

Qatar's State news agency QNA reported that he would inform the ruler of Kuwait, a neutral Gulf Arab country seeking to mediate in the spat, of Doha's response on Monday.

The summit brings together leaders including President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Speaking to reporters Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus also described the feud as an "artificially-created crisis" and said the 13 demands its neighbors had imposed on Qatar were too stiff for any country to accept.

He said, "This list of demands will be rejected, it will not be accepted".
